WHAT IS GSTN?

Any person or entity involved in Business or profession is liable to obtain a GSTN whose turnover crosses a specified limit prescribed by GST Department.GSTN(GST registration Number) is a 15 digit number in which first 2 digits represent the STATE code-> Next 10 Digits represent the Pan number ->  Next one digit is the entity code of the applicant -> last two digits are alphanumeric digits issued by the department for identification purpose.
